How we keep this operation running smoothly. I'm share our schedule is tame compared to others with more and/or older kids but it is seriously one of the best things we ever started doing. Helped my husbands little brain out tremendously and gave my oldest a great visual to understand better how far off things were, days, months, etc... In fact, we got him a do it yourself calendar for Christmas we need to dig out!
