Why!!!

Parker asked why for the first time today! Twice actually. He asked if we were getting cucumber plants for the garden while we were at the nursery and I said no and he asked why!!!! I was stunned. I know this sounds so basic to others but it was one of the biggest milestones that seperated him from his peers and a really good thing. Between that and him using the 3rd person significantly less, he's made some great strides the last few months. He's almost to in your face with people now, so we're having to work on personal space and being more appropriate. Coming from a place where he was once nonverbal and wouldn't even look at people, this is actually a good thing, but of course others don't know that when he's all up in their face.
