Saturday was busy busy with 2 birthday parties. We were really looking forward to the day, but unfortunatly John got sick, which left me solo with the boys.

Our friend Joshua's party was first. He turned 7 and it was at his families cottage on the lake. SO nice and relaxing, yummy filipino food, the boys and I were in heaven and it was hard to leave with all the fun we were having. Parker caught his first crawfish, but he was dead! He also caught a frog that he promptly named Miquel, after Joshua's brother, lol. Here's a few pics.



Next up was our good friends' son's 1st birthday, baby Sam. The boys hung until 11:30pm, before Cooper declared he "needed to close his eyes". Parker was so excited, he got to see fireworks and a shooting star, amoung all the other fun going on. I think he thought it was cool to be out so late.
