If you haven't heard my moaning by now, we had a storm rip through here this afternoon. It was basically just a severe thunderstorm with winds around 60mph and our house seemed to get the brunt of that. I thought it was a tornado at first and ran downstairs with the boys. I wondered if I was being foolish but all my neighbors did the same, so I guess not.

We lost my brand new 3seater swing, the roof, grill, garden took a bad hit, and lots of little things like my birdhouses. Really distressing is we now have a leak inside the house as well in the ceiling of the bathroom we just redid.

Hoping to feel better tomorrow after talking to State Farm. We need a whole new roof.
