Saturday we headed out for a little roadtrip to our friends house in Beaverton for their boys birthday party. This is actually the friend that introduced John and I 18yrs ago by the keg in a field. They live right on a river and to say Parker was in heaven would be putting it mildly. I forgot my camera, so these are cell phone pics.
By the end of the day he had caught 3 frogs and this crawfish.
The boys also had fun swimming and shooting these air guns that appear to be very big up there!
We stopped for dinner on the way home, which is a real treat nowadays, and got back around midnight. It was a great day and always nice to see old friends.
