Book Review - Cold River Rock by J.L. Miles

Cold River Rock is about a 17yr old pregnant girl during the 1960's. While faced with her own challenges life has dealt her, she finds refuge in the diary of a 17yr old slave girl. Adie, the main character, is one you just can't help but root for after everything she endures. Those around her you will both love and hate but also feel like you fully understand. The book is very well written and the ending only made me like the book even more. Definitely recommend!
