Book Review - Comfort & Joy by Kristin Hannah
Picked this one up at the library because of the author and it's length. I thought it promised to be a quick great read. The story is about a woman named Joy who's husband cheats on her with her best friend/sister! She then runs away spur of the moment, only to be involved in a plane crash. Things truck along in the novel okay so far, but the last quarter takes a ridiculous twist and I really cannot say enough bad things about the book. I didn't care for it at all. It's not magical. I hate that she forgives her sister so quickly, if at all. You never really feel invested in the characters. It's just no good. Skip this Kristin Hannah book.
